SPOONER, Wis. -- The Volunteer Partners of Spooner Health will host the Nutman Company on Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20 for their scholarship program fundraiser. The Nutman Company brings over 200 fine quality nuts, chocolates, snack mixes and candies to hospitals all over Wisconsin for a variety of fundraisers.
The fundraiser is being held on Thursday, March 19 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Friday, March 20 from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm in the main level conference room of Spooner Health, located at 1280 Chandler Drive. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash are accepted.
The Volunteer Partners of Spooner Health scholarship fund awards up to four scholarships each year to local and nontraditional students who are going into the healthcare field. Three scholarships will be given in memory of Lu McLellan, Inez Schafer and Mary Sundeen.
