The Washburn County Family Festival Committee will hold the first organizational meeting for this year’s festival on Friday, February 10th at 12:00 noon at Lakeland Family Resource Center. New committee members are welcome to join the planning process. Fresh ideas are welcome to keep the festival a favorite Washburn County summer activity. The committee meets several times between now and the event.
The committee also invites any agency, organization or business to participate in Family Festival. Each booth shall have a family/child-friendly activity, provide your own materials, supplies, hand-out, etc. and remember that everything is FREE for ALL families in attendance. There are no sales, alcohol, tobacco or drugs allowed. Exhibitors are not limited to Washburn County.
Washburn County Family Festival will be held rain or shine on Saturday, June 3, 2017, beginning at 11:00 AM and running until 3:00 PM. Any questions, comments or concerns may be directed to Lakeland Family Resource Center at 715-635-4669. The center is located at 314 Elm Street in Spooner.
