Pet of the Week: 'Scout'

I’m happy and playful, I like to run too

If your yard’s not fenced, it’s what you’ll need to do

Twenty four pounds, that is all that I weigh

I have just one fault, it’s that I run away

I’m just fine with cats, dogs and kids are alright

Bunnies are the only thing I might bite

I’m seven years old, in a month I turn eight

And everyone knows older dogs are just great

All of these things, they should give you a clue

About what my breed is, I’m tri-colored too

Just one last thing, some might call me a hound

That’s right, I’m a Beagle, the best one around!

Cats for adoption: 7 month old female gray short-hair Tabby, 3 yr. old male blk shorthair, 9 month old male blk/wht shorthair, 3 yr. old neutered blk shorthair, 2 yr. old spayed brn/wht/blk short-hair, 4 yr. old male tan longhair, 6 month old male buff short-hairs, 3 1/2 month old female brn/blk/orange shorthair Tabby, 3 1/2 month old female blk/gray shorthair tiger, 7 yr. old spayed blk/wht shorthair, 4 yr. old female medium-hair Tortie, 1 yr. old female blk/brn/wt shorthair tiger, 6 yr. old spayed/de-clawed blk shorthair, 3 1/2 yr. old male blk shorthair and a 1 yr. old spayed blk/wht shorthair.

Also for adoption: 1 1/2 year old male tri colored Guinea Pig and a 1 1/2 year old male brown/white Guinea Pig.
