Stats. §19.85 (1) *(c), (f) and (g) for personnel matters relating to the departments of Administration/HR and Finance* in consideration of employment or performance evaluation data; consideration of personal or disciplinary data, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons, and conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering advice concerning same.
7. Return to Open Session and Act on Items from Closed Session, if deemed necessary and appropriate, and continue with additional agenda items. 
8. Approve Per Diems
9. Adjourn
