SHELL LAKE, WI — Washburn County Health and Human Services is accepting applications for a CCS Service Facilitator. This is an entry-level community behavioral health services position built on recovery concepts. The employee will assist consumers with environmental and supportive services designed to address and overcome financial, personal health, or family issues, conduct assessments to determine service needs, and also be part of an after-hours on-call system for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Candidates must have considerable knowledge of DHS 36, knowledge of resources for community mental health and ways in which these resources may be used by consumers, and have the ability to work independently and implement time management strategies. A bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related Human Services degree is required. Previous experience in mental health and/or substance use services is preferred. Starting wage is $25.02- $27.81 DOQ plus excellent benefits.
