WASHBURN COUNTY -- Join the newly formed Washburn County Young Professionals group on Friday, August 18 at the Potter's Shed in Shell Lake for a night of networking and music by the Bare Bones. Bring your co-workers or network with new professionals for the group's end-of-summer bash. Please meet in the parking lot of the Potter's Shed from 5:30-5:45 to receive one free drink ticket and have your name entered into a raffle prize. This event is sponsored by the Washburn County Tourism Association.
The Washburn County Young Professionals (WCYP) aims to foster opportunities for networking and economic development to young and young-at-heart professionals in Washburn County. Through quarterly networking events and community projects, the WCYP is excited to create a dynamic group of innovative individuals who live, work and/or play in Washburn County.
This casual event will start in the parking lot of the Potter's Shed at 5:30. All WCYP attendees will receive a free drink ticket and have their name entered into a raffle prize. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. ($5 cover charge) and the band will begin at 7:00 p.m. More information about the Potter's Shed and their music nights can be found at www.thepottersshed.com.
