SPOONER, WI -- Forward Analytics Director Dale Knapp was on with DrydenWire founder Ben Dryden to showcase a new study he has authored on the historic state revenue surplus, and options on how to best use taxpayers money.
Forward Analytics is the research division of the Wisconsin Counties Association. Its mission is to use the best data available to highlight challenges facing Wisconsin and share this information with policymakers to help them make informed policy decisions.
