Martin, who announced his campaign on October 20, 2025, at Columbus Chemical Industries in Dodge County, is a small business owner and former state government leader who served under Governors Tommy Thompson and Scott Walker. His platform focuses on cutting the size and cost of state government, creating jobs, and restoring the promise of the American Dream.
During his campaign launch, Martin said, “Too many of our young people, and our young at heart, are leaving Wisconsin. Jobs are being lost. And for many, homeownership has become a distant, if not impossible dream. As Lt. Governor, I’ll work to cut the size and cost of state government, and restore the promise of the American Dream.”
