BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Kini Hart, age 50, of Webster, WI, for a conviction of 7th Offense Operating While Intoxicated from an incident that happened on a snowy evening in March 2024.
The Court accepted a joint recommendation by Burnett County District Attorney Kevin Schmidt and Hart’s defense counsel to serve the sentence on this OWI conviction concurrently with a revocation sentence he received for a previous OWI conviction in Burnett County, according to online court records.
