SILVER BAY... GRAND MARIAS... PINE RIVER... BRAINERD... HILL CITY... AITKIN... DULUTH... PINE CITY... HINCKLEY... SUPERIOR... WASHBURN... BAYFIELD... ASHLAND... HURLEY... GRANTSBURG... SPOONER... HAYWARD... PARK FALLS... AND PHILLIPS. * TIMING... THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. * WIND CHILL VALUES... AS LOW AS 33 BELOW. * WINDS... WEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH. * IMPACTS...
