POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A late-night dispute at an Osceola, WI, bar has resulted in attempted homicide charges after an Amery, WI, man allegedly armed himself with a handgun and expressed intent to kill the patron who punched him at the bar.
Authorities allege that 46-year-old Joel Castanon Frausto left the bar following the altercation, went home, got out a handgun, and intended to kill the person with the gun. Joel was disarmed by another adult at his residence, who called for police assistance.
