WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A Hayward, WI, contractor is facing a felony theft charge in Washburn County after allegedly taking more than $16,000 from a client for a custom kitchen project that was never completed.
According to the criminal complaint, Nathan Riggs, owner of Rustic Woodworx, accepted full payment for the job in 2023 but failed to complete the project.
