POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – Charges of Theft by Contractor have been filed against Floyd Moen, Rehab Masters, LLC, in Polk County Circuit Court. The victim paid Moen over $12,000, but after demolition, only 4 items, costing less than $300 total, were installed, and the job was left unfinished.
