RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A settlement agreement has been accepted by the Court on criminal charges filed against a convicted sex offender in Rusk County Circuit Court.
Andrew J. Conklin, age 30, was previously convicted in Rusk County in 2021 of Misdemeanor 4th Degree Sexual Assault, amended from Felony Child Enticement. In February 2025, Andrew received new charges of Sexual Assault/Use of Force and Felony Theft following an investigation by Rusk County authorities. Andrew was sentenced during a recent court hearing on those 2025 charges.
