ST. CROIX COUNTY (DrydenWire) -- An investigation by St. Croix County, WI, authorities has resulted in multiple felony charges for a former New Richmond, WI, man.
Timothy Stoeklen, age 26, was arrested on a warrant that was filed along with the charges against him, which allege that he sexually assaulted at least two child victims.
The Hon. Judge Scott Nordstrand has ordered that Stoeklen be placed on a GPS monitor before being released from jail as a condition of his $10,000 cash bond.
