BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) — A traffic stop for a defective headlight in Burnett County led to the arrest of a Danbury, Wisconsin, man on his fifth drunk driving charge—this time with four children in the vehicle.
On April 12, 2025, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper pulled over 51-year-old Sean Schaaf, who allegedly admitted to drinking before driving and later recorded a blood alcohol level nearly three times his legal limit due to a .02 alcohol restriction.
Schaaf now faces a felony charge of 5th Offense Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Concentration with minors in the car, along with multiple traffic citations.
