BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A 57-year-old Webster man is facing his 12th charge of operating while intoxicated (OWI) after law enforcement discovered him passed out behind the wheel in Grantsburg, WI.

According to the criminal complaint filed in Burnett County against him, Daniel Hess registered a .307% blood alcohol concentration on a preliminary breath test — nearly four times the legal limit.
