BARRON COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A criminal complaint filed in Barron County Circuit Court outlines allegations stemming from a multi-agency investigation into the online sharing of illegal material involving minors.
According to court records, the case began after law enforcement identified a device connected to a peer-to-peer network that was allegedly used to distribute prohibited content. The investigation ultimately led authorities to a Rice Lake man, 59-year-old Carl Lihrman, against whom multiple felony charges for possession of child sexual assault materials/child pornography were filed.
