BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A midday welfare check at a rural Grantsburg, WI, intersection has resulted in a conviction of 12th Offense Operating While Intoxicated for 57-year-old Daniel Hess, formerly of Webster, WI.
Following his arrest, Daniel Hess registered a .307% blood alcohol concentration on a preliminary breath test — nearly four times the legal limit.
