POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Eric Wirth on convictions from a Polk County criminal court case that was filed against him in November 2024 and charged him with stalking, false imprisonment, and sexual assault.

Eric Wirth, of St. Croix Falls, was criminally charged in circuit court in Sawyer County and Monroe County with committing sexual crimes against multiple victims.

Wirth, age 46, was sentenced in July 2025 in Sawyer County to serve consecutive prison terms after a Sawyer County jury found him guilty of committing sexual crimes against children.

In Monroe County Circuit Court, Wirth was convicted by a jury in September 2023 and later sentenced to serve 25 years of initial confinement followed by 15 years of extended supervision.
