POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced 22-year-old Isaiah Moody, of New Richmond, WI, on convictions stemming from a fatal crash in Polk County, WI.
Homicide charges were filed against Moody after state crime lab test results showed that he had marijuana in his system when he was operating a vehicle involved in the crash in Polk County in February 2023.
The multi-vehicle crash resulted in the death of Masen Powell and severe injuries to others.
Moody appeared in Polk County Circuit Court on September 15, 2025, and was sentenced.
