BURNETT & WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A Milwaukee man has been sentenced in both Burnett and Washburn counties after pleading guilty to felony charges stemming from a May 2025 pursuit and OWI incident that left him unresponsive at the scene.
A high-speed pursuit across county lines on May 17, 2025, ended with the arrest of 43-year-old Dustin Przybylski after he was found unresponsive behind the wheel of a locked vehicle in Burnett County and revived with several doses of Narcan.
Przybylski received concurrent sentences from Judges in Washburn and Burnett County.
