POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - An interstate burglary investigation has resulted in felony charges in Polk County Circuit Court for two people from Wyoming, MN.

Danial Hess, 37, and Anna Ganley, 36, are both facing criminal burglary charges after multiple search warrants executed by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Chisago County, Minnesota law enforcement led to the retrieval of items allegedly stolen from a storage unit in St. Croix Falls and then transported to Minnesota.

Ganley was previously charged and placed on a deferred agreement for felony receipt of stolen property in Burnett County Circuit Court. Hess is facing two dozen criminal charges in four total court cases filed against him Polk County.
