POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A 61-year-old Amery, WI, woman is facing a felony charge in Polk County Circuit Court following an investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile.
According to a criminal complaint, the incident was reported to law enforcement in November 2024, after a juvenile disclosed they had been assaulted at a private residence, prompting a forensic interview and further investigation. Mary Comer has been charged with Class C Felony Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and is scheduled to appear in court in March 2026.
