BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) – A routine welfare check on a vehicle in a Burnett County, Wisconsin ditch quickly escalated into a high-speed pursuit and dramatic arrest.
Law enforcement encountered a highly intoxicated driver, later identified as Amy Kitchenmaster, age 37, of Webster, WI, who allegedly attempted to evade officers both in her vehicle and on foot, according to a criminal complaint obtained and reviewed by DrydenWire.
The incident resulted in multiple charges, including felony fleeing, operating while intoxicated, and resisting arrest.
