POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The investigation into Jason Bosak, age 42, has also led to criminal charges against Ellysa Bosak, age 31.
Polk County Sheriff’s Office received information on December 2, 2025, alleging she failed to protect the child victim of Jason’s case and later attempted to influence the child’s statements. This prompted an investigation into Ellysa’s actions surrounding the original allegations, and culminated in felony and misdemeanor charges filed the following day.
