WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A Washburn County Jury has returned Guilty verdicts against Tracy Dufay, age 55, of Spooner, WI, on seven drug-related criminal charges from a 2024 Washburn County Drug bust.
The drug bust also led to criminal charges for three other people: Billie Jo Knutson, age 44, of Springbrook, WI; Marie Kruger, age 55, of Spooner, WI; and Michael Johnson, age 63, of Spooner, WI. The charges against Kruger and Johnson were previously dismissed. Knutson’s charges are proceeding in Washburn County Circuit Court.
The 2-day jury trial concluded on December 4, 2025, with unanimous verdicts on Dufay’s case.
