WASHBURN COUNTY — A November 2025 traffic stop in Washburn County has resulted in felony and misdemeanor charges for Desiree Shear (38) of Gordon, WI. Authorities allege Desiree operated a vehicle with marijuana in her system while transporting two teenagers.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Washburn County Circuit Court, the traffic stop resulted in the discovery of marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
