POLK COUNTY — A Luck, WI, woman is facing new felony fourth-offense OWI charges in Polk County Circuit Court after authorities say she rear-ended a minivan carrying two young children and showed multiple signs of intoxication, leading to her arrest.
Ashley Matrious (35) was already facing charges for OWI 4th with a minor child in the vehicle in a separate Polk County court case stemming from an October 2025 incident. Lab tests from that incident showed the presence of both THC and alcohol over the legal limit in her blood.
Lab tests from this most recent incident recorded a blood alcohol concentration for Matrious of more than four times Wisconsin’s legal limit.
