SHELL LAKE, Wis. -- Yoga in the Park is back for a second year! Embrace is encouraging all people to join us for free Yoga in the Park, Calming Yoga for All Bodies, Abilities and Ages.
The six-session series will be led by Lorrie Blockhus, owner and founder of Om Sweet Om Yoga. Sessions will be held at Memorial Park in Shell Lake, WI every Tuesday night from 5:30-6:30pm starting May 28th and ending July 2nd. Join any or all sessions!
Participants will learn yoga postures to shift stress and anxiety, heal from trauma, and connect with others. Still a beginner? No worries! Step-by-step guidance will be provided as well as snacks and bottled water. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, towel, or blanket and comfortable clothes that are easier to stretch in.
