In Memory of Angeline Gladys Beatrice Peterson


June 26, 1932 - April 9, 2022

Angeline Gladys Beatrice was born June 26, 1932, in Falun, Wisconsin. Our loving mother went to be with the Lord on April 9, 2022.

Angie lived a fulfilling life. She worked on the farm when she was young with her parents. Later she moved to Minneapolis and worked as an office girl in a legal office. When she returned to the area she met, fell in love and married the love of her life” Lyle Peterson. Aug. of 1952, in the Milltown Baptist church. They lived in Trade Lake and worked with his parents on the farm until they moved to St. Croix. She worked in a cabin court which she enjoyed when raising her young children. They moved to Milltown, where they truly enjoyed their life in Milltown for 51 years. She enjoyed spending together time with her husband, with many activities like bowling, going to their river lot in Trade River, and many other together activities. She loved cooking, baking, gardening, babysitting. She was known for making many pies for holidays and all year long she loved giving pie to others. She was always looking out for the elderly in the neighborhood. She enjoyed her houseplants and gave them great care. She was very involved in her church staying busy with Sunday school teaching, singing in the choir, cleaning the church, and cooking for many activities. She loved raising her 5 children and being active in their lives. She and Lyle were always willing to take other children into their home that needed care. She was a giver of anything. Her heart was full of love.

She is survived by her Children Cherri Palmer and husband Robert, Leann Palmer and husband Terry, Steven Peterson and wife Sandra, Colleen”coco” Rogness and husband Philip, Tim Peterson and wife Christine.15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, Nieces nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lyle, parents, brothers and sisters, granddaughter, Jenna Rogness, a sister in infancy, and her first born son.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022 at the Milltown Baptist Church with Rev. Marlon Mielke officiating. Burial Will be at the Milltown Cemetery next to her husband Lyle. Pallbearers were Tyler Rogness, Nick Peterson, Logan Peterson, Dale Palmer, Crysten Rogness, Angela Palmer, April Yocius, Gwen Peterson, Jen Peterson. Honorary Pallbearers were, Jon Rogness, Bobbi Palmer, Katelyn Peterson, Faye Palmer, Daniel Gribble, Aaron Gribble.

Arrangements are entrusted to Rowe Funeral Home.
