In Memory of Ann I. Krueger Harms
Anna Iona Krueger Harms was born November 8, 1922 in the town of Andover, Anoka County, Minnesota. Her parents were John E. (known to all as Ole) Olson and Pearl A. Danforth Olson. She was the youngest of eight surviving children.
In 1940 she married William H. Krueger. Bill died in 1981. In 1984 she married Harm Harms and he died in 2001. She is survived by five children, Pearl Nancarrow (Dan Lemons), Mary (David) Hense, Sandra Anderson, William Krueger (Connie Engblom) and Lynn Krueger, as well as six grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, many friends and the Harms family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters and brothers, and sons-in-law Allen Anderson, James Stephan, and Frank Nancarrow.
Ann worked for many years and retired from the Amery hospital. She had been an active member of the East Immanuel Lutheran Church, having volunteered many hours at church functions and the quilters group. Gardening, baking, sewing and tending her apple trees were her special interests and she was always generous with the results.
She died peacefully at home on Thursday, January 23, 2025, aged 102, after a long and well-lived life.
Her family would like to thank the staff of Adoray Hospice for their services as well as the many care givers who stayed with her, allowing her to remain in her home.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the East Immanuel Lutheran Church in Amery, WI, with a visitation one hour prior.
