Barry Webb, age 90, of Hayward, WI passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025, at his home.

Barry Henry John Webb was born June 2, 1935, in Crowland, Ontario, Canada the son of Walter and Thelma (Cox) Webb. He attended school in Allenberg, Ontario and Welland, Ontario through high school. He continued his education at Niagara Christian College in Fort Erie, Ontario. While in college, Barry met Rosamond Milne at Niagara Christian College and they were married at the school on June 9th, 1956. They took up residence in Stevensville, Ontario and have lived in Wheaton, IL, Minong, WI and Hayward, WI. They have been married 69 years.

Barry was employed by the New York Central Railroad at Victoria Yards in Fort Erie, Ontario. He furthered his education by attending Erie County Technical Institute, Buffalo, NY. After graduation he was employed by Alcatel-Lucent (Formerly Bell Telephone Laboratories) at Naperville, IL and resided in Wheaton, IL.

Upon retiring in 1990, Barry joined his wife in Minong, WI and was employed by R.L. Webb CPA in Hayward, WI.

Barry is survived by his wife, Rose; two sons, Gregory Webb of Spooner, WI and Randall Webb of Clearwater, FL; brothers-in-law, Arnold Milne and Edward Cober; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two stepbrothers and two sisters.

A memorial service celebrating Barry’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, at the Hayward Funeral Home with Pastors Tim Young and Gary Hilgendorf officiating. A time of gathering will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday morning at the funeral home.
