In Memory of Ben M. Trinklein
Benjamin Michael Trinklein, 41, of Spooner, WI, formerly of Beaverton, OR, Died on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at his home in Spooner.
Ben was born October 26, 1980, in Portland, OR.
Son of late Larry Michael Trinklein and Debra Kay Hanson (Anderson). Ben attended Beaverton High School until he moved with his family in 1997 to Minong, WI. He went on to be a security guard them a blackjack dealer at the Hole in the Wall Casino in Danbury, WI. He found his real passion was taking care of people. He went on to get his N.A., then did two years of nursing school. He worked at Benedictine Nursing Home where he was able to care for his great uncle and aunt, Ray and Evelyn Gevings. Ben was a very happy child. He befriended so many and remained friends. He was born on his grandpa and grandma Trinklein’s anniversary. The first grandson. He shared a birthday with his brother, Nathan a year later and also his cousin Pam Luchsinger.
Ben met the love of his life, Christina (Nina) Friske on March 24, 2001. They had 3 children, Mackenzie, Ella, and Logan. They were his pride and joy, and a father couldn’t have loved his children more. Ben was known for his sense of humor. If you were down Ben had a joke or a funny story to tell. He loved with his whole heart.
Ben is survived by his fiancé, Christina (Nina) Friske of Spooner; daughters, Mackenzie and Ella Trinklein of Spooner; son Logan Trinklein of Spooner; mother Debra Hanson and step pappy Don Hanson of Two Rivers; brother, Nathan Trinklein of MN; uncles, Harry Anderson of Lampson, WI and Raymond (Holly) Anderson of Mishicot, WI; aunt, Judy Anderson of Portland, OR; cousins Shawn (Dawnita) Anderson of Sweet Home, OR, Dean (Sanya) Anderson, Pat (Danielle Heck) Anderson of Marshfield, WI, Stacy Anderson, of Spooner, WI, Ronald Anderson of Two Rivers, WI, Justin Anderson of Manitowoc, WI, James Anderson of Mishicot, WI, Pamela Luchsinger of Milwaukie, OR, Cherie Luchsinger of Hillsboro, OR, Johnathan Luchsinger of East Wareham, MA; nephews, Tristan Campbell, Gage Trinklein, and Revin Trinklein; and niece Rhiannon Trinklein. Plus, many other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Harry Elmer Anderson; grandmother, Joan Georgia Anderson; grandfather, Kenneth William Trinklein; grandmother, Shirley (Pat) Trinklein; father, Larry Michael Trinklein; aunt, Tricia Trinklein; and cousin, Ryan (Butch) Anderson.
Services for Ben will be held Monday, May 16, 2022, at 2 p.m., at the Spooner Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow at the Madge Evergreen Cemetery where he will be laid to rest by his cousin Ryan (Butch) Anderson.
