Bertha Ann Hazlewood, age 88, of Rice Lake, WI, died Saturday, December 27, 2025 in Bloomer, WI. She was born on May 11, 1937 in Marshfield, WI to Paul and Esther (Spencer) Haslow. Bertha graduated from High School in 1956 and was married to Donald Hazlewood on March 30, 1974 in Loyal, WI.

Bertha loved to walk around town and to socialize with everyone that she met. She enjoyed baking, cooking and reading.

Bertha was very active at the Assembly of God Church in Rice Lake for many years.

She is survived by her 3 sisters, Ellen (Alan) Tesmer, June (Walter) Seeger and Shirley Haslow; a brother, Russell (Judy) Haslow; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hazlewood; her parents, Paul and Esther Haslow; and a brother, Robert Haslow.
