Betty Jane Larson (Christ), age 100 of Barron, went home to be with the Lord on April 20, 2025 at Barron Care and Rehab.

She was born on May 17, 1924 in Hayward to Samuel and Agnes (Meyer) Christ.

Betty married Lester on October 21, 1949 in Pine City, Minnesota. She worked side by side with Lester in the grocery and coin laundry business.

She leaves behind her three children, Dirk (Kathy), Pamela (Bill) Green and Patricia Sundsmo; 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Pete Reinke; as well as nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years; her parents; son-in-law, Cliff Sundsmo; brother, Robert Christ; sister-in-law, Peggy; and sister, Gloria Reinke.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
