Beverly "Bev" J. Berger, 81, Cameron, Wis., passed away Friday, Dec. 6, 2024.

Bev was born at Baldwin on Aug. 25, 1943, to Roy and Grace Miller, the 11th of 14 children. She graduated from Cameron High School.

Bev married Glenn on Oct. 13, 1961; they were married 63 years.

Bev always worked outside the home in addition to being a full-time wife and mother. She worked many years at Cotton Products in Cameron and American Excelsior in Rice Lake.

She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, traveling, and was an avid Brewers fan. Most of all, she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are children Scott (Jean) Berger and Lori (John) Rae; grandchildren Jason (Phillip Bailey) Rae, Travis Rae, Molly Rae and Andrea (Eric) Johnson; brothers and sisters Richard (Lois) Miller, Barbara (Bill) Jahnke and Judy Goodwin; a brother-in-law Merlin Berger; and a multitude of other family and friends.

Bev was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Elwood (Anni) Miller, Ardis (Allen) Peterson, Arlene (Loren) Pickard, Peggy (Jean) Reed, Gretta (Gilbert) Parent, Marilyn (Lyle) Kiekhoefer, Duane (Alice) Miller, Dolores Miller, Dorothy (Lowell) Daymont and Sheryl (Mario) DeMatteis; parents-in-law Einor and Hazel Berger; brothers-in-law Robert Berger and Roy Berger; and sisters-in-law Nelda Berger and Sharon (Merlin) Berger.

Per Bev’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Interment will take place at Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, rural Spooner, on a later date.
