Chalene Olivia Homesky, age 48, of Lac Courte Oreilles, WI, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025.

Charlie was born December 2, 1976, in Hayward, WI, the daughter of Charles Homesky and Faith Saddler. She enjoyed playing Farm Saga on her phone, making God’s Eye’s, dream catchers and drawing. But most of all Charlie loved spending time watching movies with her mother and daughter.

She is survived by her daughter Kaylene Bearheart; son James Wolfe; mother Faith Saddler; granddaughter; aunts Rose Belille & Edwina Parisian; uncle Joseph Paisian; many nieces & nephews.

Charlie was preceded in death by her husband Jonas Bearheart; father Charles “Bud” Homesky; brother Richard G. Saddler Sr.; and sisters Josie Homesky & Cindy Homesky.

Tribal Funeral Rites will begin at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Pineview Funeral Service. Chato “Ombishkebines” Gonzalez will officiate. Burial will be in Whitefish Cemetery. Visitation will begin at sundown, Tuesday, November 11th at the funeral home.

Honorary casket bearers will be Jimmy Dennis, David Husmann, Lois Mustache, Joseph Parisian, Chantel Saddler, Richard Saddler Jr., Robert Saddler & Sage Saddler.

Casket bearers will be Frankie Bildeau, Randy Cadotte, Gary Clause Sr., Christopher Gougé, Mike Hammond & Michael Homesky.
