Cheryl Ann LaSieur, age 62, of Lac Courte Oreilles, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Dove Rehabilitation Center in Superior, WI.

Cheryl was born February 9, 1962, in Chicago, IL the daughter of Roland and Susan (Sharlow) LaSieur. She was the best, and always loved everyone in her path. She raised countless children, families, and friends and we have so many memories of exactly how her love was felt. Everyone was lucky to have Cheryl in their life. She was the Auntie who would sneak money or little gifts to make everyone feel special, even when she had little or none for herself. Cheryl’s door was always open, in Lac Courte Oreilles or Milwaukee. Holidays, she always gifted everyone without any expectations from anyone. Cheryl had the biggest heart and always had a smile. Her sudden departure has left a void in the hearts of many.
She is survived by her sister Donna LaSieur; brother Alex LaSieur & Larry (Geneva) LaSieur; many nephews, nieces & cousins.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents Roland & Susan; sister Susan (Rodney) Corbine; brother Pete LaSieur; and the love of her life Larry Hudson.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Tribal Funeral Rites will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 27th, at the funeral home. James “Ginoondewaasanode” Buckholtz will officiate with burial in Historyland Cemetery.

Honorary casket bearers will be Tyson Radermacher, John Radermacher Sr., Gregory LaSieur, Duane “Osh” Corbine, Thomas Isham, Duffy LaRonge V., Kane LaRonge, Andre LaSieur, Jacob DeMarr, Justin Smart, Anthony Littlewolf Jr. & Kingston Musolf.

Casket Bearers will be Willard Gougé, Buck Zehner, James LaSieur, Conner Corbine, John Radermacher Jr., Donald Bildeau, Bobby Sharlow Sr. & Bobby “Birch” Sharlow Jr.
