Craig L. Stubbe, of Spooner, WI passed away on October 23, 2023, at his home.

Craig Lewis Stubbe was born on July 3, 1956, in Marshalltown, Iowa to Sanders and Joyce (Raley) Stubbe. Craig was raised by his mom in Oregon and Spooner.

Throughout his life Craig enjoyed playing tennis and golf, 4-wheeling, fishing, hunting, watching his favorite tv shows and enjoying his favorite foods. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandkids that he adored.

Craig worked for Coca Cola for over 20 years, followed by a few years at Buchman Lumber, then retiring from Jack Links in 2021.

Craig is survived by his wife Alece of 40 years, sons Brandon (Heather) and Kevin, and grandchildren Caden and Addison. Also survived by one brother, two sisters, many nieces, nephews, brothers in law and sisters in law.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, George and Richard.

A Celebration of Life for Craig will be held at the Shell Lake Community Center on Sunday, November 5 from noon to 4 p.m. A private interment will be held at the Spooner Cemetery where he will be laid to rest with his mom and brother.
