April 19, 1972 - September 16, 2017

Dan Roberts of Spooner passed away on September 16, 2017 after a long fought battle with cancer.

Dan was born the youngest of four brothers on April 19, 1972 to Don and Doralee Roberts and spent most of his life here in Spooner. 

He is survived by: his wife, Jenny, his two children, Ashli and David, who reside in Minnesota; three step-children, Alyssa Melton, Brandon Melton, and Jeremiah Melton; 2 step-granddaughters; three brothers, Donnie (friend Tracy), Doug (friend Beth), and Darrin (friend Cheryl), his Mom and Dad, and also many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Dan was a good friend to many and will be missed.  He loved life and lived it to the fullest in his 45 years he lived.  His last four years were spent in and out of the hospital.  He is now at peace.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 20th from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Spooner Funeral Home.  His funeral service will be Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Spooner Funeral Home.  Interment will be the Anah Cemetery.
