In Memory of Daniel S. Coen
Daniel Scott Coen, 58, of Frederic Wisconsin, was tragically and unexpectedly lost on December 23, 2025.
Dan came into the world in Milwaukee on August 22, 1967, and then later adopted into the home of Judy and Richard Coen. Dan was educated his first 12 years in Luck, WI, before adding a year of Tech school. In his early years he loved his 4H and after his schooling he loved working with his hands. He made absolutely beautiful furniture in his free time and was very talented at darts and billiards.
Dan was a devoted and loving father who will be dearly missed. Dan took great pride in being a parent.
Dan’s unforeseen passing comes as a shock to his family, friends, and loved ones, who are still reeling at his loss. He lived a vibrant life and still had so much ahead of him. He was taken far too soon.
Dan was preceded in death by Judy and Stan Kistler (adoptive parents), Richard and Carol Coen (adoptive parents), and is survived by his daughter Mariah (Austin) Steinburg. Becky Doll (sister), Kim Doll (niece), Tom Coen (brother), Pam (Phil) Stratmoen and a large extended family that loved him dearly.
Dans celebration of life will be scheduled in the spring.
