David Charles Cronick, age 68, passed on to his eternal home on June 9, 2025 after a courageous year long battle with cancer.

Born to Joseph and Vandala Cronick on August 25, 1956, he graduated from Osceola High School and got a degree in mechanical engineering from Eau Claire. He worked in MN before moving to Thailand where he worked for 25 years and grew to love the people and the country. He always returned to Wisconsin for deer hunting season. He returned to the USA and worked in Somerset because of his love of machining but always returned yearly to Thailand to visit his friends. Dave also loved going to car shows with his cars and motorcycles and received many trophies over the years.

Dave is preceded in death by his parents, brother Joe and sisters Patricia and Sharon.

He is survived by his daughter, Jenna (Aaron) Blabaum; grandchildren, Bria and Aaron Jr; and siblings, Gil (Kathy), Jim, Gary (Lynean), Marlene (Pete) Gwiazdon, and Ann (Harold) Gjerning; in-laws, Shirley Cronick, Ralph Tracy; and also many relatives and friends, including his friend Davy Wolter.

Funeral will be on Saturday, June 21st, at 10:00 AM with visitation one hour before the service at St. Joseph's Church in Osceola, WI. Burial to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in East Farmington, WI.
