David Thomas Jorgensen, age 66, of Conrath, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026 at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

He was born on January 10, 1960, in Greenville, Michigan, the son of William Thomas Jorgensen and Marilyn Yvonne (Thomsen) Jorgensen, both of whom preceded him in death.

David lived in several places during his life, including Mendon, Michigan (20 years), Stanton, Michigan (28 years), and Ladysmith, Wisconsin (4 years). In 2008, he moved to the Conrath area where he resided for the remainder of his life.

David married Michelle Faust and they had two children together; Matthew and Rebecca. They later divorced. On May 4, 2018, he married Faye Ellen Jorgensen in the Town of Springbrook.

David worked in parts sales at Tractor Central for 12 years, retiring in 2024. He enjoyed farming, bowling, working with church youth in the center shot archery program, and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He was a longtime member of Christ Community Church in Jump River.

He is survived by his wife, Faye; 1 son, Matthew David Jorgensen and wife Phiona of Colon, Michigan, and their children, Luke, Oliver, and Lily; 2 daughters, Rebecca Michelle Jorgensen of Pioneer, Ohio and Stephanie Plasch of Elk Mound, Wisconsin; 3 stepbrothers, John (Cathy) Steele, Chris (Kristi) Steele, and Robert (April) Steele, all of Michigan; 1 sister, Donna (Chuck) Currier of Jacksonville, Florida; 3 nephews, Kevin (Kristy), Jeff (Leslie) and Greg (Isabella) all of Florida and numerous great-nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Christ Community Church in Jump River, Wisconsin. A memorial service will follow at 12:00 noon. David will be laid to rest at a later date in Copp Cemetery in the Town of Anson, Jim Falls, Wisconsin.

David will be remembered as a devoted family man who cherished time with his grandchildren and found joy in his faith, farming, and community involvement. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
