Dennis R. Corry, age 79, a resident of Grantsburg passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

Dennis was born on February 3, 1944 to Thomas J. and Eileen Corry.

Dennis married his sweetheart, Barb on November 3, 1965 at the United Methodist Church in Grantsburg. Before retiring, Dennis worked as an installer and sales representative for Stop & Swap Flooring and Giese Carpet and Color Tile.

You would often find Dennis outdoors where he enjoyed duck and goose hunting as well as fishing. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Eileen.

He will be missed by his wife of 57 years, Barb; their children, Janelle Zastow, Jennifer (Tim) Michel, and Jason (Radene) Corry; grandchildren, Kristin, Mariah (Ben), Austin, Jenna, Jami, Marcus, Tim, Amanda, Raelyn (Michael) and Rhiana; great granddaughter, Layla; brother, James Corry; along with other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 PM with a time of sharing at 6:45 PM at Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home in Grantsburg. Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Grantsburg.
