Dustyn Lee Phillips, 23, of Milltown, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on May 19, 2024. He was born on March 3, 2001.

Dustyn is survived by his mother, Kimberly Phillips of Salem, OR; sister, Kayden Phillips; brother, Jordan Phillips; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, David Phillips.

There are no funeral services planned at this time.
