Edgar Davis Age 71 Of Rice Lake, WI, died Friday, June 9, 2023 at his home.

He was born June 4, 1952.

He is survived by 2 sons, Michael (Kimberlee) Davis, Christopher Davis; 3 grandchildren Stella, Bexley, Callyn Davis; brothers in life Larry (Laurie Peterson) Reinke, Kevin (Tami) Armstrong; and special friend Nancy Stodola.

He is proceeded in death by his parents Harriet and Ralph Davis.

He loved attending and competing in car shows, keeping squirrels off his trees, camping, the Green Bay Packers, the range, and eating peanuts. Ed enlisted in the Navy after graduating High School in 1970 and served during Vietnam. Ed traveled many places with the Navy including South America and Europe. He was also stationed in Key West, Florida. After his time in the Navy, Ed moved to Rice Lake to attend WITC where he graduated after learning the craft of wood working. Ed spent the majority of his employment doing maintenance full time for the Armory. He was also in the National Guard for 20+ years.

A celebration of his life will be held from 3-6PM Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI.
