
In Memory of Frank "Bud" Ranallo
Frank “Bud” Ranallo of Cumberland died peacefully on Tuesday, September 23rd at his home in Cumberland, WI. He was born December 8, 1931 in Comstock, WI to Sam and Maggie (Caliguire) Ranallo. Bud graduated from Cumberland, WI in 1949 and secured a job at 3M Company as a belt maker and was later promoted to Supervisor and held this position until his retirement. Bud served his country with the Army’s 4th Infantry Division from 1952-1954. He was married in St. Anthony Catholic Church on Feb 1, 1957 to Barbara Adascheck.
Bud was friendly and full of life and always had a silly joke to share. He was loved by everyone and his favorite days were when the whole family was present to celebrate life with him.
He is survived by daughters: Rebecca (Charles) Burke of Greenville, SC, Elizabeth (Donnie) Lambright of Austin, TX, Cara Hill of New Caney, TX, and Barb (Doug) Janeway of Flower Mound, TX; 10 grandchildren Erin Flamm, Cameron Hill, Lauren Hill, Kristen Skiles, Nick Hill, Ian Moreno, Abby Fitzgerald, Sam Janeway, Ryan Burke and Emma Janeway and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Ranallo and two grandchildren, Ellie Albrecht and Stevie Moreno.
Visitation will be from 1:00-4:00 PM on Sunday, October 19th at the Skinner Funeral Home in Cumberland and for one hour prior to the Mass at the church.
Funeral Mass is 11:00 AM on Monday, October 20, 2025 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Cumberland with Father Jayanna Kanna officiating. Pallbearers are sons-in-law Charles Burke, Doug Janeway, Donnie Lambright and grandsons Ian Moreno, Sam Janeway, and Ryan Burke. Honorary pallbearers are nephew, Gary Margotto and sister-in-law, Bev Thomas.
Military Honors accorded by Anderson-Thomson Post #98 American Legion, Cumberland and the Wisconsin Military Honors Team.
