January 19, 1925 - November 23, 2017

Frederick C. Haylock, age 92, of Spooner, WI passed away on November 23, 2017. Fred was the son of Fred and Irma Haylock and was born on January 19, 1925.  He served in the Navy during WWII.  Fred had a variety of careers throughout his life and most involved some sort of driving.  After retiring from his varied careers, Fred began driving for the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) delivering Meals on Wheels. He is survived by a sister, four children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  

The family extends special thanks to Eva Johnston, the staff at Maple Ridge Care Center, and all of the people who have assisted and befriended Fred throughout the years. Fred will be interred at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery with military honors in Spooner, WI. A service will be held at a later date. 

The family requests that memorials in honor of Fred, be given to the Washburn County ADRC.
