Gary William Schnur, age 54, of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, passed away on February 7, 2026. He was born on March 26, 1971, in Amery, Wisconsin, to William and Judith Schnur.

Gary had a vast appreciation for the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, hunting, kayaking, and shooting, and found joy being outside whenever he could. He also took great pride in painting model kits. Above all else, Gary cherished time spent with his family, especially watching movies together and being present with the people he loved.

Gary was preceded in death by his brother, David Schnur.

He is survived by his loving children, Emily and Jakob Schnur; his brother, Michael (Karri) Schnur; his parents, William and Judith Schnur; his best friend, Corrie Schnur; and his beloved canine companion, Hope, who rarely left his side.

Gary will be remembered for his love of family, his quiet passions, and the time he shared with those closest to him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
